Ambasz, after describing his early education at Princeton, describes what it was like to work in the Department of Architecture and Design at The Museum of Modern Art as Curator of Design under Arthur Drexler. Ambasz discusses some of the exhibitions he curated, including "The Taxi Project: Realistic Solutions for Today" (MoMA Exh. #1137, 1976) and "Italy: The New Domestic Landscape" (MoMA Exh. #1104, 1972). He reflects on Drexler, the Museum's Department of Architecture and Design, and his own architecture and design theories.
